In 2022 alone, the fur market has generated a global retail sale of 300 billion euros.
This is because people don’t see the animal in the fur they are wearing.
To let people really see what happens behind the making of every fur product, we decided to conduct a social experiment by putting them in front of the cruel reality.
The Custom-Cut Shop simulates the shopping experience of a fur shop where the customer is shown the animal instead of the final product.
All the interviewed weren’t told how the experiment was going to be conducted in order to collect spontaneous reactions.
